Terms of Service

Welcome to VEIGO. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and VEIGO / ShopVeigo AI Technology (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of shopveigo.com and all related websites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Account Registration & Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.
• You are solely responsible for the content you post and the activity associated with your account.

3. Platform Services & Listing Rules

VEIGO provides a platform for users to publish and browse classified listings across the following categories:

3.1 Rentals

Users may list residential and commercial rental properties. All rental listings must include accurate descriptions, pricing, and availability. Landlords and agents must comply with all applicable fair housing laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. Discriminatory preferences based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, disability, or any other protected class are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Jobs

Employers may post job openings and job seekers may browse and apply. Job listings must accurately describe the position, compensation, and requirements. Employment practices must comply with applicable labor laws. We do not facilitate employment contracts; any agreement is between the employer and employee directly.

3.3 Gigs

Users may offer or seek short-term, freelance, or project-based work. Gig providers are independent contractors, not employees of VEIGO or the hiring party. Users are responsible for their own tax obligations, insurance, and compliance with local labor regulations.

3.4 Bids & Tenders

Users may post or respond to procurement solicitations and project bids. All bids must be submitted in good faith. VEIGO does not guarantee contract awards or the outcome of any bidding process. Users are solely responsible for the terms and performance of any resulting contracts.

4. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You agree NOT to post, transmit, or facilitate any of the following through our Services:

• Discriminatory content: Any content that discriminates against or promotes hatred toward individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Fraudulent content: Misleading listings, false advertising, impersonation, phishing schemes, or any deceptive practices.
• Illegal content: Content that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law, including but not limited to content related to illegal substances, weapons, human trafficking, or money laundering.
• Harassing content: Threats, bullying, stalking, or any form of harassment directed at other users.
• Spam & manipulation: Automated submissions, fake reviews, keyword stuffing, or attempts to manipulate search rankings.
• Malicious software: Viruses, trojans, worms, or any other malicious code.
• Copyright infringement: Content that infringes on intellectual property rights of third parties.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited conduct, without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

• Platform IP: All trademarks, logos, designs, code, and proprietary content associated with VEIGO are the exclusive property of ShopVeigo AI Technology. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
• User Content: You retain ownership of content you post on the platform. By posting content, you grant VEIGO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the Services.
• AI-Generated Content: Content generated through our AI tools is provided to you under the applicable AI tool terms. Ownership and usage rights are as specified in the respective product documentation.

6. Third-Party Content & Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by VEIGO. We do not endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services. Your dealings with third parties found on or through the Services are at your own risk. We strongly recommend reviewing any third party's terms and privacy policies before engaging with their services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VEIGO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content, listings, or information provided through the Services
• Warranties that any defects will be corrected

VEIGO does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user-generated content, including rental listings, job postings, gig offers, or bid submissions. Users should independently verify any information before making decisions based on content found on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VEIGO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, business, or opportunities
• Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Services
• Any conduct of any third party on the Services, including other users

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to VEIGO in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100 USD).

This limitation does not apply to liability arising from gross negligence, willful misconduct, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VEIGO, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, expenses, and attorney's fees arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party; or (d) any content you post on the platform.

10. Payment & Refunds

• Premium services and AI tools are billed as specified at the time of purchase.
• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered or credits already consumed.
• For technical issues with paid services, contact support within 48 hours of the issue for assessment.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice for recurring services.

11. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall be conducted in English by a single arbitrator.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to support@shopveigo.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via our website at least 30 days prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue using the Services.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
